You value design. In fact, you are quite aware of how a great space (or lack of one) affects your day-to-day life at work and at home. People don’t just hire Marshall Sabatini for a great design concept; they hire us to be confident. Our clients want to know that they will be thrilled with the outcome, after their hearts, souls, and finances have been invested into a project. You might be planning the vacation home of your dreams, remodeling a tenant fit-out for your new office space, embarking on a large commercial project, or incorporating modern amenities into a historic home. With every new project we understand that there are problems to be solved and details to be thought through. From day one, the architects at Marshall Sabatini accept your design challenges as our own. We specialize in exceptional residential and commercial architecture. Our experience, creativity, and ability to implement our clients’ objectives into designs are the reasons why clients choose to work with us, and also why they come back again. The Marshall Sabatini Beginning
Perhaps our story is the same as many of our entrepreneurial predecessors: two experienced architects (John Marshall and John Sabatini) meet in a large architecture firm (The Martin Organization) and connect over their similar approach to architecture. (For us, it was our detail-oriented nature balanced by our attention to creativity.) Then those two architects leave a large firm and go to different firms, keeping in touch sporadically, but eventually (in 1999) reconnect as coworkers at yet another architecture firm. One day (in late 2002), one John (Sabatini) said to the other John (Marshall), “We should start our own company.” A few months later (January 1, 2003), we did.
In 2010, we opened a second office in Pocono Pines, PA to serve the vacation home market in the Pocono region. Since that first day in 2003, Marshall Sabatini has continued to grow, building solid relationships with our clients, and acquiring a combination of both residential and commercial projects.
Unfortunately, after the first three incredible years growing the firm, John Sabatini passed away. His friend, mentee, and partner, John Marshall, decided to keep the firm name as a tribute to what they had started.
A Note From Our Owner & Principal Architect
“Running my own firm has been one of those unexpected turns life takes that has proven to be more fulfilling than I could have ever imagined. We have a core team who has been here since the beginning. We have nurtured a company culture built on ethics. And we have experienced architects with extensive residential and commercial portfolios. We’ve been around for over a decade and people are calling us based on our reputation. For me, that says it all.”
