Additionally, the second floor holds 6 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, a laundry room, and a family library. Furthermore, the attic is furnished to facilitate an exercise room, with unfinished spaces for storage and utilities. Lastly, there is a finished basement, equipped with a powder room, storage space, and a movie theater.
Finally, the backyard holds a sizable pool and hot tub with patio space around it, a screened-in porch, an outdoor kitchen, and direct access to the pool bathroom and pool storage in the home.
