The Marshall Sabatini Architecture Firm is known for its thoughtful approach to residential architecture and commercial architecture projects. Our firm has completed many notable projects both locally, in and around Philadelphia, and nationwide. We have worked with Orleans Homes, a New Orleans-based developer, to build a new clubhouse for its Hillview Community; designed an 86-unit campus housing building in Denver, Colorado; and helped transform a warehouse into a new medical school building for the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine’s campus in Georgia. On the residential side, in our Poconos, Pennsylvania Portfolio, we have both renovated mountain homes and custom-built mountain homes. Likewise we have built custom beach homes and renovated beach homes in towns along the New Jersey Shore. We have also received awards, in recognition of our work that integrates modernized features into homes of historical value. We find that our ability to design a variety of projects anywhere in the U.S. provides significant flexibility that benefits our clients. Whether we’re building upon old architecture or creating entirely new structures from the ground up, we bring an open mind, creativity, and dedication to detail to each individual project.
